Frequently asked questions

BadgeFlow Pro is a Shopify app that automates the process of displaying product badges (like "Sale", "Low Stock", or "Best Value") on your storefront. Instead of manually applying labels to individual products, you create custom rules based on price or inventory, and the app handles the rest.

The app runs securely in the background using Shopify webhooks. You can set conditions such as "If Inventory is less than 5" or "If Price is less than $50". Whenever a product meets those conditions, the matching badge is instantly displayed. When the product no longer meets the condition (for example, inventory is restocked), the badge is automatically removed.

Not at all. BadgeFlow Pro is built specifically to protect your site speed. We use native Shopify Metafields to add badge data directly into your product pages. This means there is no bulky JavaScript loading on your storefront and zero impact on your Core Web Vitals.

No coding is required. BadgeFlow Pro works with all modern Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes. Because it uses Shopify's native infrastructure, your badges will appear safely without the need to modify your Liquid theme files.

Yes. While automation is the core feature, you always have full control. You can use the BadgeFlow dashboard to design and assign specific badges to individual products, overriding the automated rules whenever you need to.

Yes. BadgeFlow Pro operates on a strict "No Customer Data" policy. The app only reads product data (pricing, inventory, and product IDs) to function. We never request, process, or store any personally identifiable information about your shoppers or their orders.

BadgeFlow Pro is completely free to install and use. You get unlimited custom badges, automation rules, and manual assignments without any hidden fees or premium paywalls.
